What’s your life like these days?

My life in these days have been interesting, the last week I had many parties with my friends in Rancagua but all they are in vacations now and I still here in Santiago.

My academic life this year have been badly because in the beginning of this year I had 3 months aprox with class, why? Because almost the universities of Chile were in strike, these strikes lasted about 6 months and only in the middle of November the situation normalized in away. Now I have class all the summer (only in February the classes stop and I return in March to finish the classes).

My personal life is taking a good direction now, because in the last month I had many personal problems but now I’m happy and very concentrate in my studying, I made new friends, the last Friday I bought my drums and now with my bestfriend we form a metal band and started to practice and create our own music so we thinking to record our first demo in January and play our music in “Tocatas”. When I’m not staying in Santiago and travel to Rancagua my free activities are practice with my band about 5 hours, visit my beautiful niece and play with her I love so much, in the night I’m going uot with my friend to a pub called Golden Active Pub is very nice, also visit my grandmother the Sundays before going to Santiago.

Finally my perspective to the next year are end the classes and graduate, begin my professional practice in Rancagua for stay more time with my family and friends, then start my Tesis to degree of Geographer, in the second semester of the next year i’d like make a magister in environmental themes or Mining and hopefully create a consultant with my bestfriend of my University for earn a lot of money jaja.

My Neighbourhood

The name of My Neighbourhood is Torres San Borja and is a complex of building in “Santiago Centro” each building has 21 floors, the people that live there are in majority ancients and young students of other regions of Chile. The advantage of live there is the proximity of the facilities, for example in Portugal street on the corner of Carabineros de Chile street there are a supermarket call “Unimark” also on the corner of Diagonal Paraguay is the Santa Isabel Supermarket and opposite of this are a Posta Central also is the Santa Lucia Hill and San Cristobal Hill . Here exist several transportation, for example exist de Universidad Catolica Station (Subway) and Baquedano Station, also exist the Transantiago (public transportation) and taxis. The pollution here is bad and the environment healthy is poor quality, all this is produce for the contamination of the cars and industries. In my personal opinion I like my neighbourhoud because is peaceful and secure, I don’t spend money for go to the center of Santiago or other part, and next to my flat exist the San Borja Park, this park is beautiful and nice, here the people walk peacefully or walking the dog and many people play sport all day  and best of all  I live next to my University so I can sleep more and get up more late than my classmates.

Music for think.

well in this moment i'm boring so i decided post the music that for me relaxing ( somehow) and help me to think about myself, my acts, the future that i want, the people in general, and sometimes think why I'm here in this world and why the other peoples exist ( a little excentric maybe) or hate the people.

So for all these things, the music I listen is Doom music in general. Doom music is a style of metal (a subgenre of heavy metal), this style is the most depressive, melancholic and dark of metal culture.

I listen doom because I like very much de rythm of this music, my favourite band is call Katatonia and i always hear the album call "Brave, Murder, Day" (is excelente) and "Discouraged One"

FREE POST (YUJUU)

Well my knuts headbangers, today i’m free to talk everething i want, so jojo how I be a real metal fan and love this music y talk about one of my favorist style of metal music and it is BLACK METAL.

For me the black metal music mark my life when i discovered when i was a Child, this music talk about anti religion, solitary life, sadness, lonely, but the almost lyrics talk about anti-catholic institution. This music found me when i was in a hard time and the life and my friends is doesn’t matter to me, i only listen music for not thinking bullshit and past the time. That day i promised myself never believe in a religion institution (but belive in something superior) and think only in my thing and i reborn again. I converted in a new person, more quiet but in this time i know how to choose my friends ( i have a few real friends). One of my favourist band is Bathory, Gorgortoth, Nargaroth, DARKTHRONE, Mayhem, Satanic Warmaster, Tsjuder, Taake and more jajaja.

In Rancagua always go to the tocatas black metal with my friends and we have a good time. When I angry or when I in problems a listen black metal music for serenate me and relax is very strange but i sleep listening metal music, sometimes I think that i’m a rare person for that.

Black metal music have much substyles, mix with doom, thrash or inclusive death metal but i’m a followers of old school music and i love my metals t-shirts.

The best Holiday ever (mmmm)

well, in this moment, i hate you simon jajaja, because it is assumed we are in "vacations" ( but me and my classmates have many things to do for another classes.

I will give my best to do this homework.

Well, is very difficult for me talk about a holiday, because the most time in holidays i stay in my house and go out with my friends, my family never travel for this situation, so my holidays are not interesting, but i have an anecdote with my friends.

In a holiday ( i don't remember which) I go out with my friends to the river ( Claro river's) for drink and make a barbecue, in that day the sun hit us very strong so we decided swim in the river, we stay there swimming around 3 hours at least, when we went t clothe, Sergio started to get nervous, he clothes is gone ! (jajaja), Dogs took their clothes, and we have a persecution..... jaja


Well then we drink (very much) and eat like animals !!! and without music is not fun, so we turned on de radio of the car and listen metal music every day !!!, it was very fun for be a holiday..

The stereotype in Latin America and Chili

 

The stereotypes in Latin America always exist in each culture, for example Mexico is very know for the “mariachis “persons, who are dressed whit giant hats and singing with other peoples that use the same dress. In the Peruvian cultures exist the “Andinos” who disparagingly called cholos are the people from the Andean region of Peru, especially in Puno and the central highlands in the Argentinian culture exist the gauchos: the stereotype of the gaucho is a country person who uses poncho, beret and sandals or boots. It is very macho, but he loves his wife, who is often called Mary and is called with a loud cry. The Latin Americans people see to the chilean who serious person, very stressed, annoying and very competitive because the chilean especially in Santiago are very individual person and are very angry, the better known rivals are with the Argentines and Peruvians people.

In Chile are many stereotypes like the “FLAITES” pejoratively to refer to the lower class, this person are copper-skinned individuals usually but not dark (opaque), dressed in clothing typical of Hollywood rappers, whose native language is Cagasteshano of gregarious habits (a flaite never walk alone), an educational level higher than shows, and often present in corners, parking lots, liquor store and Reggaeton Concert.

Pichilemu, the most beautiful beach !

Well headbangers, today i talk about something very different, my work for today is talk about my favourite beach, so here I go! :

My favourite beach of all time is call Pichilemu, this beach is in the coast of the VI Region of the Liberty General Bernardo O’higgins, is next to Bucalemu, Cahuil, “Beautiful Beach”, Point of wolves. When I was a child (because now are a stronger man jaja) I went every summer to this beach with my family, alonger one or two weeks, the days was full of happiness and cool divertion, I remember that I swimming for hours in the beach, sometimes the waves are so strong and high that put me down and I can’t stand up. Now for short time (damn university education je) and the work of my dad I don’t go to the beach around 3 years. The last time that I went to the beach was in 2008, with my best friends for four days, I remember I worked 1 month for save money and go to the beach, was a good travel, nights in the beach and lot of alcohol. I like Pichilemu because is a beautiful beach with nice people, all is next to the other, depend of the place is cheap and the best of all: THE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN BIKINIS! Jajaja.

Slayer come to CHILE !!!!

Well headbangers i have a great notice ! for all old school metal fans !

THE DREAM COMES TRUE !, Slayer come back to Chile again, promoting his new studio album "World painted Blood", The concert will be the Jun 2th in Santiago (Movistar Arena) and Jun 3th in Viña del Mar ( if you don't remember the great bass player and singer Tom Araya is Chilean, i dont remember very well but i believe  he born in Villa Alemana).

The tickets are now on sale, so RUN FOR YOU TICKET MAN !!,  will be the last time that Slayer come to Chile to destroy heads and bones ! (in my opinion). I go with my best friend to the concert ! and I don't know if I survive but i die happy !!!!!. Will be so extreme listen to Kerry King with his evil guitar ! and the sound of the drums !! and the screams of Tom Araya....

My First CD (casset) Dissection

Hello to all headbangers of the world

Today my teacher (Simon) give to me a work, and this is write about my first cd I bought.  So back on the time, i was 10 years old, in that time I haven’t money only the money that mom give to me, and in this time i start to listen metal music, so my first favorite band after Iron Maiden  was Dissection, a black metal band (hungarian band i think but i’m not sure) and the album  I wanna buy called (was a ep)” Where dead  angels lie”. So a thuesday I went with my older sister to a music store for buy my first CD (casset), the store was very underground and little, I asked for the name of the band and the name of the ep, and there was i old casset with a picture of the members of the band, i was very happy and buy immediatily the casset.

I like so much this band because was the first death melodic metal with black metal influences, the atmosphere of their songs was very dark and the distortion of the guitars give to them a malevolent rythm.

In this ep my favourite song is called Elizabeth Bathory because the song narrate the story of this person (very lugubry) a dark and strong woman.

The most painful is I lost this casset ( OMFS èOh my Fucking Satan ¡) and never found another casset of this ep .

Now i hear other style of black metal and death metal but OLD SCHOOL BAND never die and still like this band J

Correction of Gricel's Post

The best concert in my life was the "tour in rainbows" of the band Radiohead in 2009. I saved a lot of money all the (NN) year to go. The concert was realized (WE) Taked  on March 26 in the National Stadium. The show was attended for (WW) by 26.000 fans. I went with my twin Natalia and I met with my sociology teacher Larenas!!!
Radiohead went (WW) came to Chile to promote their last disc "In Rainbows" with songs like: Faust Arp, House of Cads and
The band consist of Thom Yorke, Jonny and Collins Grenwood, Ed O´Briden and Philip Selway.
I am (SM) a fan since 2005 when for (SM) the first time (SM) I heard a song (Creep) in the radio and I loved it.
I enjoyed very much the concert because was a wonderfull show with ligths and effects fantastics.(WO) Fantastics effects

I decided to go to the event because I like very much (WO)  their music and their song very much. But the most important is that I love Thom Yorke!!!!.

I am exainting (SP) Exciting because Radiohead come for the next Lollapaloza.

Huasco, The most exciting field trip .

 

Well dears headbangers and bloggerheards, today i will talk about a field trip (the best of the best) i went two years ago, in that moment i was in the second year of my career (everything was so good at that moment).

For be exact i was in my third semester, and the matter was Cultural Geography, the teacher was Enrique Aliste.
The field trip aimed to visit rurals areas in the sector of Huasco in the Atacama Region, this people in their majority are diaguita descendants and we work was make a interview to this people. The first thing that schock me was the amazing view and the beautiful enviroment of the zone, mountains sorrounded the village and a nice river cross all the village giving a movie scenario. The people i met were very loving to us and very simple. This field trip has been the most exciting. because was a mix of good landscape, good people for sharing and the most important LOT LOT LOT LOT alcohol jaja. I never forget that trip because for getting there we travel in bus around 12 hours (imagine drink alcohol and eat in a bus for twelve hours ! INSANE!) but all the "stress" have a good recompense and that was met HUASCO ! i know i'm back.

MSN and stuffs

Hello dears headbangers, today I'm not speak about music ( is a shame) but i tell you one of my "personal" thing, and is my favourite social network.

Well as read in the tittle i'm speak about messenger ( a free software for comunicate with your friends). Messenger is a free access software for comunicating, in the past this software was very primitive system, you can only send your message and someone emoticons (and the sound that make when a message come to you was very funny and strange) at the past of time, this software was updated, (in a many version) and messenger convert in the most used software for chat.

Now messenger have many applications, you can see the person with you comunicate (in a live version only if you have a webcam), you can send sounds, or voice message also you can send photos, archives etc that now in this time is very importan when you make a job or homework and you need send to a friend or to you teacher.

I used messenger for first time when i had 10 years old (i'm not sure), and was a strange experience because i've not idea how use it, but in the past of time i convert a expert jaja. The first person that add in my MSN was my two best friends, my older sister and one cousin. But now I have many people (too many for me) add in my msn, and seriusly I speak with 20 person of 300 person i have add, it is because when i was a children I played a game called Moh:aa (Medal of honor allied assault) online so I added all my friend that in that time I speak. Sincerely i used all tha time, when I arrived to my apartment (in the case when I stay in Santiago city) is the first thing I do.

I like very much this program because let me be comunicate whit my family, friend in Rancagua, and chat with my girlfriend.

And it is all I can get tell you headbangers, I see you in other occasion, AND GOING ON LISTENING METAL MUSIC :D

Many concerts, many distortion and fun

Well, headbangers, when you're a metalhead, you must assist to a metal concert, either of you favourite metal band or not so much. I become a metal fan when i was 10 years old and in that moment my favourit band was Iron Maiden, a amazing heavy metal band from England, Always sing their song, especially THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST and THE HALLOWEED BY THY NAME. incredible soooong !. My first concert was when I have 14 years old and the band was presenting was PESTILENCE !, a great under metal band, I went to my friends and a cousin (he is older, in that moment he had 19 years old, so we travel to Santiago (imagine 3 boys that not superate the 18 yearls old and never travel alone, a huge experience). That concert I never forget, the moment always be in my mind, is one of my favourist moment. I enjoyed a lot because : 1) I was with my 3 best friend (that they are still), 2) The place was huge and full of people of my style and 3)The mosh pit !!!.

That was the "kick" in my head and I decided assist to all (if a can) concerts realize in Chile (obviously of my style of metal music), alone or with my friends and just like that i went to many concerts and "tocatas". It was a good experience.

But the best concert I wanna go is to a concert of DARKTHRONE (is a shame that the band not play anymore in live, so is only a dream i have). This band change me, his music is like a honey to my ears.

One of my Favourite movies

One of my favourist movie in this rare planet is "Scarface" starring with Al pacino (a great actor, one of the best i think)called in the movie Tony Montana.

The movie is about "Tony", he is a criminal and cuban homicide, is a refugee in E.E.U.U. To get upset to live in bad condition he decided triumph in his live to any price. Hired by a Miami kingpin Frank Lopez (Robert Loggia), to murder Emilio Rebenga, a former official of the Cuban regime had tortured to death the brother of Lopez in Cuba, and which was also held on the campus of arrest. As a reward offered to get a green card. It organizes a mutiny among the inmates, Tony stabs Rebenga, and thus get out of their confinement. On leaving the enclosure is forced to work as a dishwasher in a Cuban street vendor food.

One night, Omar Suarez (F. Murray Abraham), one of the men of Frank Lopez, offers download 25 tons for $ 500 each, but Tony is displayed arrogant and defiant, as he seems to be a dangerous job poorly paid. The confrontation with Omar is about to cause a shootout, but in the end Omar agrees to give him another job, too dangerous, but well-paid, arranging to collect $ 5,000 each (Tony and Manny).

This is how Tony enters the world under the drug and try to build an empire where he is the King of all.

In my opinion is a excelent movie, show any kind of scenes (violence, sex, drugs, guns fires, etc), The first time i saw i was 15 years old and when the movie end i was in schock (in the good way). Was the first time I looked a movie where de actor aparent a real cuban man and this for me is amazing, all the argument is good writen, the violence scene was amazing and shoking.

This movie is better than other movies because Al pacino is the best of all actor in this fucking planet !!!!.

So you must see this movie or you die ! (jaja).
